Shipping Policy


Each Velvet Fox Fragrance piece is carefully prepared to order.


Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be processed and made before dispatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays).



UK Shipping



Orders are shipped via Royal Mail:


  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.



Delivery Information



Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods.


Velvet Fox Fragrance is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to Royal Mail.


Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.



Damaged or Lost Orders



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.


If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
